If you are sending a complaint by email, if possible please attach photos of the product defect to the form.

You will receive a decision on your case within 14 calendar days of our receipt of your complaint.
If you have provided us with your data and chosen the form in which we will inform you about our decision, we will send you such information immediately after the decision, because we care about your satisfaction in the current situation.
